Uniform policy
Our camp uniform consists of a Willow Grove shirt, shorts and hat. Every camper is required to have these three items, provided by the camp at additional cost. The camp roll bag is also recommended. Uniforms will be given to campers on the first day. Parents will be billed as per their order. Campers proudly wear their official uniforms on Friday, Picture Day, Visiting Day, when visiting other camps, for athletic events and on other special days. Some campers choose to wear their uniforms every day, which is fine. Campers should purchase at least one official shirt, shorts and hat. These items are unisex. Camper and CIT shirts are different in style. Be sure to identify all articles with name tapes or indelible marker.
Group placement
Groups are formed based on campers' age and by request when possible. All requests must be made in writing on the reverse side of the uniform application card. Where age differences are too great or if a group is filled, it may not be possible to honor a specific request. Do not assume that last year's grouping will be repeated. Please understand that it is virtually impossible to honor transportation requests.
